The episode begins with Anjana urging Aditi to have some juice. Bablu offers to feed her himself and receives a call from Choton, who informs him that he is coming over. Bablu tells Aditi that Choton is bringing her favorite sweets.
Choton soon arrives and convinces Aditi to eat something. Aniruddh and Arshi watch from a distance as Choton lovingly feeds her, saying Aditi can never refuse him. Aniruddh thanks Anjana for revealing the truth to Aditi, despite Arshi questioning his gratitude. He explains that Aditi deserved to know the truth from her own family.
Meanwhile, Surjeet is seen talking secretly on the phone. Payal overhears and questions him. Surjeet claims it was a hospital call. When Payal insists she has every right to check his phone, Surjeet refuses and says she’s overreacting.
Payal accuses him of hiding something, reminding him of past betrayals. Surjeet defends himself, saying nothing was ever proven. Their argument intensifies when Payal snatches his phone and answers a call from Dr. Ashima.
The woman on the line asks why Surjeet hasn’t called her since leaving home. Embarrassed, he disconnects quickly, insisting Ashima is just a colleague. He leaves angrily while Payal remains convinced that he is lying.
Elsewhere, Rishi prepares to drop Mishti for her exam. When he also offers to drop Jhanak, Tanushri and Indumati object. A heated debate follows, with Jhanak clarifying that she never asked for Rishi’s help.
Despite the family’s disapproval, Rishi insists his intentions are pure. Mishti intervenes to end the tension and asks Rishi to leave with her. As Jhanak seeks blessings, everyone ignores her except Dadabhai, highlighting her growing isolation within the family.
