The episode starts with Jhanak sharing her sadness with Putul, saying she feels hurt as everyone has misunderstood her. Putul consoles her, assuring that one day everyone will realize her truth and respect her. Jhanak says she doesn’t want respect, she just wants peace and happiness for everyone.
Meanwhile, Indumati grows anxious about Aditi. Surjeet says he’ll break the door if Aditi doesn’t open it. As they rush upstairs, Tanushri stops Dadabhai, accusing him of caring only for Jhanak. Dadabhai denies it, but Tanushri says she’s seen how he prioritized Jhanak over Aditi and warns that chaos will follow if anything happens to Aditi.
Hearing the commotion, Jhanak and Putul rush to Dadabhai. He tells them that Aditi has locked herself inside. Jhanak asks Putul to call Rishi and goes upstairs. Rishi promises to come immediately after hearing the news.
Indumati blames Jhanak for everything, but Jhanak urges everyone to focus on Aditi first. When Surjeet questions why Aditi was left alone, Jhanak breaks the backdoor and finds Aditi unconscious.
Rishi arrives and is devastated. Everyone gathers as Jhanak opens the door, and Tanushri immediately blames her. Jhanak stands frozen while Putul defends her. Aditi is rushed to the hospital as tensions rise among the family.
Arshi blames Anjana and Bablu for revealing the truth about Aditi’s past. She breaks down, saying Aditi couldn’t bear the emotional pain. At the hospital, Arshi accuses Rishi’s family of forcing Aditi into this state, scolding them for keeping Jhanak around.
Jhanak, guilt-ridden, tells Putul that she regrets coming there and revealing the truth. Putul insists it wasn’t her fault, but Jhanak feels responsible. She prays for Aditi’s recovery and decides not to leave until things stabilize.
At the hospital, Arshi threatens that she won’t forgive anyone if Aditi doesn’t survive. She accuses Rishi of marrying Aditi for money, not love. Rishi says he is equally pained, but Aniruddh reminds him that Aditi never truly got her place as a wife.
Tanushri urges everyone to stop blaming and pray instead. Arshi fumes, saying Rishi will live with Jhanak if Aditi dies. Just then, Neelu interrupts, saying the doctor needs a blood donor. Arshi realizes none of their blood groups match Aditi’s, deepening everyone’s worry.
