The episode begins with Ishana’s friends excitedly asking about her Mussoorie trip, but she appears distant. When questioned, she simply says the trip was fine and that she’ll share photos later. Mangal notices her distracted mood, while Adit checks with Sowmya about the medical reports. When Sowmya confirms she has them, Kusum asks Adit to drop them at the temple, and he agrees.
Before leaving, Adit reminds Mangal not to make Neel feel left out since the celebration seems centered on Ishana. Mangal explains Neel has no friends here, which is why he stays quiet. Adit asks her to look after the kids and leaves.
At the party, Ishana’s friends tease her about sharing her birthday with Neel. Mangal tells them to call her if needed and goes to her room with Akshat. They start dancing joyfully inside. Meanwhile, Neel calls his friends, who soon arrive with loud dhols, disrupting the peaceful party.
Ishana’s friends get irritated, calling Neel’s behavior embarrassing. When she confronts him, he mocks her and threatens to expose her truth — that she isn’t Mangal and Adit’s biological child. Terrified, Ishana reluctantly dances to “Beedi Jalaile” while his friends misbehave and laugh.
Hearing the music, Mangal tries to rush out but finds her room locked. Using a screwdriver, she unlocks the door and storms into the hall. Seeing Neel’s behavior, she slaps him angrily and comforts Ishana, who faints in distress. Ishana’s friends leave, disgusted by the chaos.
When Adit and the family return, Mangal confronts Neel, declaring his actions unforgivable. She warns him to change or leave the house. Feeling accused, Neel lashes out and storms off, saying he’ll never return.
Soon, Neel reappears with his bag, declaring that his mother never accepted him as her son. Kusum pleads with Adit to stop him, reminding everyone that Neel is the family’s elder son. But Neel stands heartbroken, waiting for someone to stop him — yet no one does.
