The episode begins with Mannat finally locating Aishwarya hiding in a dark room. She alerts Dhairya, who rushes in and aims his gun, urging Aishwarya to surrender. Refusing to give up, Aishwarya grabs a child and threatens to kill him. Mannat and Dhairya plead with her to stop, but Aishwarya releases the child only to seize Mannat instead, holding a knife to her throat. She blames Mannat for ruining her life and vows to take revenge.
Meanwhile, Gagan prevents Mallika from leaving the house. Mallika argues that Aishwarya’s real target is Shruthi, not her, convincing Gagan to warn Shruthi about the danger. Once he leaves, Mallika tries to escape but is caught and locked inside by Neetu.
Back at the hideout, Vikrant arrives and pleads with Aishwarya to let Mannat go. He cleverly distracts her and pulls Mannat away just as Dhairya fires a shot. The bullet hits Aishwarya, who collapses. A nurse — actually Vishaka in disguise — rushes in, declares Aishwarya dead, and disappears. Mannat is left in shock, breaking down in Vikrant’s arms before fainting.
At Shruthi’s house, she reflects on her sister’s greed and the ring she once bought for her. She confides in Neetu, who apologizes for her past mistakes. Shruthi forgives her, saying forgiveness is a part of humanity.
Later, Dhairya questions the hospital staff about the doctor who declared Aishwarya’s death. Sensing inconsistencies, he grows suspicious. Vikrant brings Mannat home, delivering the shocking news that Aishwarya is no more, leaving everyone stunned.
