The episode opens with Parag grabbing Ansh by the collar, furious over the belief that he tried to harm Prarthana. Ansh pleads innocence, but Parag throws him out of the house, leaving everyone shocked. Vasundhara declares that whether or not Prarthana trusts Ansh, the family no longer does. Anupama questions their harshness, but Parag orders both her and Ansh to leave. Rahi silently signals Anupama to take Ansh with her, while Prarthana stands frozen.
At the Shah house, Leela reacts sharply to Ansh’s return, blaming him for adding to existing chaos. Paritosh encourages Ansh to take revenge on the Kotharis, prompting Anupama to slap him and reprimand both Paritosh and Pari for mishandling relationships. She advises Ansh to avoid repeating the same mistakes, but he remains restless over being wrongly accused.
Hasmuk and Leela console Anupama, hinting that Rahi and Mahi will now face consequences. Meanwhile, Rahi breaks down, upset with Prem for letting fear ruin their bond and hurt Anupama, who always supported him. Prem realizes the gravity of his actions and feels remorse.
Elsewhere, Prarthana confides in Khyati that Ansh did not push her. Khyati urges her to speak up, but Parag refuses to reconsider and continues blaming Ansh. He even asks Rahi to forget Anupama if she wants to stay in the Kothari house, further escalating tensions.
Anupama and Ishani pray for peace between the families. Ansh expresses his longing for a complete family and his fear of losing Prarthana too. Rahi calls Anupama, expressing concern for her and deciding to confront Parag about Ansh and Raja. Anupama reflects regretfully on not going to Mumbai when she had the chance.
