The episode begins with Shashwat saying that everything happens for a reason. He fell unwell so that he could meet Siddarth. Pihu feels guilty and asks him not to say that. Siddarth assures Pihu that they would have met elsewhere if not at the hospital and expresses his readiness to marry her.
Meanwhile, Anurag’s mother reminds him of his love for Ishani and that she loves him too. Anurag feels his love slipping away. His mother urges him to meet Ishani, but Anurag hesitates, mentioning the fight that occurred before Ishani’s invitation. She warns him that his ego may cost him his love, and finally, he agrees to call Ishani.
Shashwat suggests fixing the marriage date immediately. Siddarth says he is ready to marry even tomorrow. Raj Didi questions how arrangements can be made so quickly. Shashwat proposes a court marriage followed by a celebration. Pihu expresses her willingness to marry in a temple too, and Shashwat is happy seeing her content.
Siddarth promises to cherish Pihu and seeks the elders’ blessings. Pihu emotionally calls Ishani her mother and thanks her for everything. Ishani is moved and asks about Anurag. Pihu urges her to call him, but his phone is busy.
Anurag misunderstands Ishani’s unavailability and thinks she doesn’t love him. He asks his mother to find him a bride, eager to marry quickly.
The next day, at the court, Pihu expresses her happiness to Siddarth. Shashwat remarks that Siddarth helped Pihu overcome her hesitation. Raj Didi gets emotional seeing Pihu in a bridal saree. Siddarth admits he is nervous as a new chapter begins. Ishani advises them to respect each other for a happy married life.
Shashwat praises Ishani’s big heart for supporting Pihu. Ishani shares her happiness and deep bond with Pihu. Shashwat mentions trying to contact Yash without success but assures her he will join later. Finally, he tells Ishani she can now meet Anurag.
