The episode begins with Jhanak asserting her right to study at the college and stay in the hostel. Aayush supports her and demands justice. Suddenly, a student attempts to stop the protest under the Dean’s orders by setting off small bombs, causing panic among the crowd. Rishi arrives with his team and sees Aayush holding Jhanak’s hand. Concerned, he asks Jhanak if she’s safe.
Amid the chaos, Jhanak speaks to the media, clarifying that she isn’t playing politics but only asking for her basic rights. She thanks Mythiri for her support and says she feels punished for daring to dream of becoming a doctor. Students chant, “Jhanak has the right to dream!”
She shares her struggles, revealing that her mother passed away and her father abandoned her. She questions why the Dean removed her name from the hostel list despite her excellent academic record. Aayush leads the crowd, demanding answers from the authorities.
The education minister, watching the live coverage, orders her PA to contact the Dean. When she learns the truth, she directs him to immediately allot a hostel room to Jhanak and make the announcement publicly. The Dean regrets following Aniruddh and Arshi’s instructions and apologizes to Jhanak, officially allotting her Room No. 9.
Soon after, Jhanak receives a call from the minister’s PA inviting her to meet the education minister. Nervous, she shares the news with Rishi, who insists on accompanying her. Jhanak refuses, saying she doesn’t want him to face family issues because of her. Rishi reassures her and says he’ll take her there anyway.
Mishti observes their conversation and plans to inform Aditi. Meanwhile, Aditi, worried after seeing the protest news, tries to reach Mishti and Rishi but fails. Neelu blames Jhanak for the chaos, further heightening Aditi’s concern.
Before leaving, Aayush offers to escort Jhanak, but she politely declines, thanking him for his help. Rishi then questions Jhanak about Aayush’s intentions, warning her to stay cautious. Jhanak looks at him and asks why it matters so much to him.
