The episode begins with Aditi supporting her parents, claiming Aniruddh did nothing wrong by stopping Jhanak from studying in Kolkata. She believes they were only protecting her. Dadabhai questions how Aditi can still justify their actions after the pain caused. Indumati sides with Aditi, stating that Aditi has already suffered because of Jhanak.
Aditi then notices Rishi’s injury and asks how he was hurt. Rishi explains that he got injured while protecting Jhanak from molesters. Hearing this, Aditi becomes uneasy and asks why he took Jhanak to meet the education minister. Rishi calmly states that he will always help someone who needs support and requests her not to complicate matters.
Neelu reminds everyone that Rishi once married Jhanak. Rishi becomes frustrated, asking what they all expect from him. Aditi accuses him of caring more about others than his wife.
Dadabhai praises Rishi for not being manipulative like Aditi’s parents. Putul also speaks up, revealing Jhanak once donated blood to save Aditi. Aditi is stunned, while Indumati tries to silence Putul.
Rishi finally says his past with Jhanak is over, and Aditi is his wife now. Aditi, hurt, asks if he wants her to leave. Rishi insists he never implied that and warns that he won’t tolerate her parents’ interference anymore.
The next day at college, students prepare for the fresher’s event. Mishti mocks Jhanak, but Jhanak confidently says she will prove herself through her performance.
Meanwhile, Rishi meets his old friend Saanjh, who is in Kolkata to perform at the same medical college Mishti attends.
Back in class, Mishti and her group mock Jhanak’s simple appearance. Jhanak calmly says her struggles have shaped her identity. When the teacher asks what’s happening, Jhanak simply says she can’t tolerate insults but chooses not to complain.
