The episode begins with Mihir getting irritated after Sobha tells him that Tulsi hasn’t kept the Karva Chauth fast and might have gone shopping. Mihir decides to leave the house for a birthday party, feeling upset.
Meanwhile, Noina prepares Mihir’s favorite food and reminds Suchi to bring an eggless cake since Mihir is a vegetarian. When the doorbell rings, Noina expects Mihir but finds Tulsi at the door wishing her a happy birthday. Tulsi reveals that Mihir has sent gifts and reminds Noina that she is taking advantage of her fight with Mihir.
Mihir arrives with a yellow flower and is surprised to see Tulsi. He calls Sobha, who admits she lied to bring him closer to his mother. Tulsi reassures Mihir not to worry and reveals that the gifts were already brought for Noina. Noina quickly changes the topic.
Elsewhere, Supriya is angry with Vrinda for refusing to marry Subhash. Nitin intervenes, explaining Subhash is a bad man. Supriya warns Vrinda that her refusal could endanger her mother’s life.
During the birthday celebration, Mitali lights the candle, and Noina is asked to make a wish before cutting the cake. Mihir insists she do so. After singing, Noina cuts the cake and offers a piece to Mihir, who reminds her he is fasting. Tulsi is happy to see Mihir’s devotion and prays with him before breaking the fast together.
Seeing Mihir feed Tulsi cake makes Noina uncomfortable and jealous. She leaves to arrange dinner, feeling her birthday is ruined. Suchi reminds her that Mihir is Tulsi’s husband. Noina angrily throws her necklace, which Tulsi notices. Tulsi thanks Noina for allowing her to have dinner with Mihir, calling her birthday lucky.
Later, Mihir informs Noina that he has called a pandit to finalize the engagement date. Mitali tries to calm Noina. Noina reflects on how Tulsi spoiled her birthday, feeling stressed and insecure.
Mitali shows Noina a video of Angad giving water to Vrinda, intensifying Noina’s jealousy. She urges Noina to fire Vrinda, but Noina asks her to wait and focus on the engagement preparations.
At the end, Mihir and Tulsi return home. A red rose falls from Mihir’s coat. Tulsi notices it and suspects Mihir is lying about it, feeling happy yet curious about the secret.
