The episode begins with Lakshmi tying Karan to a chair. Karan flirts, while Lakshmi confronts him for mixing salt in Kheer. Karan mocks her intelligence, but Lakshmi forces salt into his mouth to teach him a lesson. She warns him not to trouble her again. Karan says she is forced to stay because she cares for Karthik.
Meanwhile, Bhavani and Vyom influence Barkha. They claim Lakshmi and Karan are trying to separate her from Karthik. Barkha refuses to believe Karan is at fault and blames Lakshmi instead.
Dadi sends a saree for Lakshmi’s Mu Dikhai. Barkha stops the servant and insists on delivering it herself. She tampers with Lakshmi’s blouse, planning to humiliate her.
During the ceremony, Manny teases Karan about marriage. Dadi encourages fun, so everyone begins singing. Lakshmi sings a sad song, while Karan sings something cheerful. Barkha performs with Karthik, but Karthik later sings sadly too.
While everyone dances, Karan notices Lakshmi’s blouse loosening. He covers them with a cloth and ties it to protect her dignity. The family misunderstands and gossips. Karan pretends it was a dare to kiss Lakshmi.
Later, Lakshmi argues with him privately. Meanwhile, Karthik burns his hand in distress, and Barkha consoles him.
