The episode begins with Mallika telling Vishaka that they must reveal the truth to Vikrant before Mannat. By doing so, they hope to gain his trust. Vishaka agrees but wonders how to execute it since Mannat is always interfering.
Mallika notes that Mannat is out of the house, making it the perfect opportunity. Meanwhile, Roni admires Vikrant’s picture while Neetu confesses her love for her son, admitting she was wrong but cares deeply for him.
Dadi wants to meet Dhairya and tries to alert him, but the nurse stops her. She pleads to be allowed through, but the nurse insists she is causing a scene.
Mannat is seen distributing Diwali gifts to the elders. A reporter arrives to cover the event, but Mannat stops her, insisting the gifts are heartfelt, not for publicity. The reporter is touched and agrees.
Later, Vishaka drinks fake blood and pretends to cough, worrying Neetu and Roni. Mallika records their reactions. Vishaka claims she is dying and manipulates them emotionally.
Mannat notices a woman coughing and goes to help her. Dadi sneaks past the nurse to avoid being seen.
Vishaka creates a scene at the Saluja house, framing Neetu as the culprit. Neetu admits her mistake but criticizes Vishaka for selling Aman and being greedy, while Vishaka defends herself. Mallika records everything.
The nurse captures Dadi’s presence, and Mallika and Vishaka plan to reveal the truth to Vikrant during Mezbani. Shalini considers alerting Mannat. Mannat arrives in time and saves Dadi from the nurse, thwarting their plan.
