Mannat is stunned to see the nurse and compounder assaulting Susheela. She rushes forward and stops them, demanding answers. The nurse lies that Susheela is unstable and they were only trying to control her.
Mannat refuses to believe them, insisting she clearly saw them hurting her. Just then, Susheela faints after taking Dhairya’s name, leaving Mannat anxious.
Mannat warns them to call Dhairya immediately. The compounder threatens her, making her even more suspicious. She senses something is deeply wrong.
Meanwhile, at Mezbani, Vikrant grows uneasy when he learns Mannat didn’t cook as planned. He calls Dhairya, who claims to be on duty, but Vikrant overhears something and doubts him.

Back at the hospital, Dhairya arrives and is shocked to see Susheela unconscious. Mannat explains everything, and the nurse finally reveals Vishaka ordered them to inject Susheela regularly.
Susheela wakes and confirms Vishaka’s cruelty, revealing she tried to kill her. Dhairya is shattered.
Later, Mannat tells Dhairya the truth — Vishaka was only after property and even sold Vikrant to hide her crimes.
Meanwhile, Mallika slips and falls while rushing to find Vikrant, her phone sinking into the pool.
