The episode begins with Roni apologizing to Vikrant, saying they did everything out of love for him. Vikrant asks why he’s crying and apologizing. Neetu grows anxious, and Shruthi inquires about Vikrant’s condition.
Vikrant explains that he fainted and doesn’t remember anything after the incident. He tells Neetu to take rest. Later, Mannat urges Neetu to reveal the truth to Vikrant. Neetu, however, hesitates and insists that he should just recover and marry Mannat.
Mannat confronts Neetu, asking why she’s hiding the truth. Neetu admits she wanted to tell Vikrant everything but lost courage when she realized he doesn’t remember his childhood. She believes it’s fate. Mannat disagrees, saying it’s not God’s will but Neetu’s choice.
Mannat insists they shouldn’t hide such a big truth from Vikrant, as she doesn’t want to begin their relationship with lies. Neetu warns Mannat to stay silent and threatens to end her life if she reveals anything.
Neetu assures her she isn’t blackmailing but will still kill herself if the truth comes out. Mannat is left in turmoil.
Meanwhile, Dhairya comforts Vikrant, wishing he would regain his childhood memories naturally. He gives him his medicines, while Vishaka returns Susheela to the old-age home and cruelly instructs the nurse to sedate her.
Later, Mallika updates Vishaka that Vikrant still hasn’t recovered his memory. Mannat confronts Mallika for her crimes and vows to stop her. Dhairya intervenes, but Mannat demands he send Aishwarya back to jail.
Mallika then manipulates Vikrant, saying she saw Mannat with Dhairya. Mannat lies, saying she was with Shruthi. When Vikrant mentions remembering something, Mannat feels torn but recalls Neetu’s threat.
The episode ends with Neetu again threatening to slit her wrist, leaving Mannat struggling to calm her down.
