The episode begins with Anurag confronting Shashwat, saying he can never forget what Shashwat did and cannot forgive him. He tells Shashwat to go home and rest. Shashwat admits Anurag has every right to be angry and expresses concern for Ishani’s future after his impending death.
Anurag insists that Ishani is an adult and capable of making her own decisions. He suspects that Shashwat has feelings for her. Shashwat confesses that he failed to value Ishani in the past and now it’s too late to express his love. Anurag suggests they give each other a chance, but Shashwat insists that Ishani only loves Anurag and deserves his true love. He requests that Anurag pray for his health but not tell Ishani about his visit.
Later, Shashwat returns home. Ishani questions where he went, and Raj Didi reminds him to take care of himself. Shashwat assures them nothing will happen to him and that he is devoted to them. Ishani hints that one day she may have to leave, but Shashwat says that day is not today.
Shashwat dismisses any discussion about Nandini and asks Ishani to share her emotions freely with him and Raj Didi. He suggests she could join his business, but Ishani insists on living life on her own terms. He then proposes taking them out for dinner, which Ishani happily agrees to. Shashwat reflects on his past mistakes and resolves to keep Ishani happy while he can.
The next day, Shashwat and Ishani recall their dinner outing. Raj Didi enjoys the horror movie, and Shashwat serves tea, mentioning he plans to cook more often. Suddenly, Ishani receives a courier from Anurag.
She opens it to find Anurag and Radhika’s wedding card. Memories of her time with Anurag overwhelm her, and she bursts into tears. Shashwat comforts her, telling her she can rest, but Ishani runs to her room, crying quietly.
