The episode opens with Jhanak telling Putul that she will miss her. She hopes to hear good news about Aditi before leaving for Simulboni. She asks Putul to inform her if there’s no update by morning, and Putul agrees.
At the hospital, Arshi angrily blames Rishi for Aditi’s condition. Neelu tries to calm her down, but Arshi accuses Rishi of wanting Aditi to die. Rishi stays quiet, saying he understands their pain. Tanushri intervenes, asking everyone to stop arguing, reminding them of Aditi’s critical condition.
Rishi defends himself, saying he’s being wrongly accused. He insists he never took any advantage of Aditi’s family. Aniruddh mocks him, saying Rishi only pretended to be good to win their trust and future property.
Rishi refuses to argue further, saying Aditi’s life is his only concern. Dadabhai urges everyone to remain calm, apologizing to Aditi’s parents and asking them not to blame Rishi. Arshi, still furious, says she can’t stay calm when her sister’s life is in danger.
Rishi then questions why Aditi’s parents abandoned her for five years. Aniruddh retorts that Rishi has no right to ask that. Rishi replies that, as Aditi’s husband, he has every right to care for her.
A nurse rushes in, saying Aditi urgently needs more blood, and her blood group is rare. Tanushri tells Rishi to call Putul. When he calls, Putul reveals that Jhanak’s blood group is O negative. Rishi immediately asks her to bring Jhanak to the hospital.
In the taxi, Putul notices Jhanak carrying her bag. Jhanak explains she plans to leave for Simulboni directly from the hospital after donating blood. She says saving Aditi is her duty because Aditi is Rishi’s wife. Putul asks if she loves Rishi, but Jhanak avoids the question, saying love has no place in her life.
Putul insists Jhanak and Rishi share feelings for each other, but Jhanak denies it, saying she only wants to fulfill Nutan’s dream. She tells Putul not to discuss love when Aditi is fighting for her life.
Elsewhere, Anjana and Bablu worry about Aditi’s condition. Bablu calls Rishi, who reveals that Aditi has lost a lot of blood and Jhanak’s blood group matches. He confirms Jhanak is on her way to help.
At the hospital, tension rises as everyone waits for the donor. Arshi accuses Rishi again of wanting Aditi to die. Indumati defends Rishi, saying Aditi’s pain came from misunderstandings. Just then, Putul arrives with Jhanak, leaving everyone stunned.
