The episode begins with Gagan approaching Roni to congratulate him on Vikrant’s engagement. He presents gifts on behalf of Anirudh, revealing he is Mannat’s biological father but has always considered her his own daughter. Gagan shares that learning the truth about Mallika and Aishwarya broke his heart, leaving him hopeless.
He explains how Mannat brought light back into his life, loving him unconditionally as her father. Although not blood-related, she made him feel a deeper connection than her biological father ever could. Gagan believes that emotional bonds outweigh blood ties and vows to protect Mannat no matter what. He assures Neetu that Mannat is the perfect life partner for Vikrant and will guard him against any obstacles.
Neetu confides in Roni, agreeing with Gagan. She says that while Vikrant may not be related by blood, he loves them sincerely and will not leave them. Vishaka cannot take him away. Roni consoles her.
Meanwhile, Vikrant asks Mannat to find Vishaka’s address, prompting her to hide when Roni approaches. Vikrant shows her a special ring from his grandmother, meant for his wife, and explains he withheld it from Mallika because his heart belongs to Mannat. Roni hugs him, affirming their love and loyalty.
Mannat and Vikrant then go to Vishaka’s house, unaware that Dhairya is nearby. Vishaka notices the forgotten dhaga and declares that once Aman wears it, he will remember he is her son. Vikrant is shocked and questions her, while Mannat demands to know why she sneaked into their hotel. Vishaka insists Vikrant is her son, not Neetu’s.
Meanwhile, Mallika tells Gagan she has changed and wants a fresh start. Neetu complains to Roni that Vikrant is ignoring her calls, and Mallika instigates her against Mannat. Finally, Mannat confronts Vishaka, who admits that Vikrant is truly her son, not Neetu Saluja’s.
