The episode begins with Vikrant giving medicine to Neetu, reminding her to take it on time. Neetu asks if he will ever leave her. Vikrant reassures her, saying she is his true mother and that Vishaka only gave birth to him. Roni admires their bond, noting how lucky Neetu is to have such a son, while Vikrant feels fortunate to have them as his parents. He asks Neetu to call him if she needs anything, and Roni promises she won’t leave them for Vishaka.
Later, Mannat asks Dhairya if he has inquired about Vishaka. Dhairya says he needs time to prepare a full report but assures her that Vishaka doesn’t seem to be lying. Mannat grows suspicious and excuses herself.
Vishaka then offers food to Vikrant, reminding him he hasn’t eaten since morning. Vikrant advises her to rest, but Vishaka insists, sharing memories of feeding him as a child. Vikrant apologizes, admitting he doesn’t remember much. Mannat observes Vishaka’s behavior and suspects she is trying to turn Vikrant against Neetu.
Vishaka claims she is only caring as his Bua and denies any ill intentions. Mannat warns her that Neetu is Vikrant’s real mother and that she won’t allow anyone to hurt him. Mannat leaves, confident she will protect Vikrant.
Dhairya advises Vishaka to change her attire, saying she doesn’t look like a mother. Vishaka asserts that Mannat doesn’t know the full truth and that she can separate Vikrant and Mannat within days.

Meanwhile, Shruthi shares her happiness with Mannat. Roni searches for Vikrant to give a gift to Mannat. Vishaka arranges the sargi for Mannat, claiming Neetu refused to give it. She insists that as Mannat’s mother-in-law, she has the right to present it.
When Roni tries to give the sargi, Vishaka stops him, saying only Neetu should give it. Roni refuses, citing Neetu’s rights. Vikrant complains about Neetu’s refusal. Mannat realizes Vishaka is deliberately creating a scene and asks Roni to give her the sargi as her father.
