The episode begins with Vishaka claiming to Vikrant that she is his real mother and that he is her son, Aman. Mannat confronts her, insisting that Vikrant is Neetu and Roni Saluja’s son. Vishaka, however, lies, insisting that Vikrant is indeed Aman, her child, whom she lost in a fire at the age of five.
Vishaka further fabricates a story, saying she is Roni’s sister and that Neetu could not be a mother, so she gave birth to Aman for her. Vikrant is shocked and confused by this revelation. Mannat questions why Roni never told him the truth, but Vishaka claims he did not believe her and shows Vikrant childhood photos as proof.
She manipulates him further, explaining that Neetu chose her as a surrogate and never had time to care for him. Mannat defends Neetu, emphasizing her deep love for Vikrant. Vishaka continues her emotional manipulation, pretending to be a victim and claiming Aman was forcefully taken from her, positioning herself as a grieving mother.
Vikrant feels torn, unsure what to believe. Mannat advises him to speak to his parents first before making any decisions. Vishaka, seeing an opportunity, pretends to cough and uses fake blood on her kerchief to make it seem like she is dying, claiming her last wish is to spend time with him.

Believing her, Vikrant and Mannat decide to take Vishaka along with them. Later, Kiran complains to Raveena about Neetu overreacting. Roni informs Neetu that Vikrant is arriving. Dhairya reveals that Mallika has planned a surprise and performs a dance.
As Mannat and Vikrant join the celebration, Neetu is shocked to see Vishaka there, setting the stage for further tension and confrontation.
